Ceramic concrete transitional pads and hybrid resin concrete polishing pads can grind almost as aggressively as metal bond diamond disc, but the scratch pattern is less aggressive. In some cases, they eliminate the need of metal bond diamond tooling and in all cases the ceramics and hybrid pads make the transition to resin polishing faster and more efficient.
