 Our main products are diamond tools for concrete floor grinding, polishing, stone fabrication, electric& air wet polisher/grinder, concrete floor grinders, core drill machines and stainless steel tube belt sander.

   We only offer quality tools or machines for customers without worrying about the complaints from customers. Long life, innovation in diamond tools for stone, concrete and machines series including air wet polisher, electric wet polisher, tube belt sander, core drill machines and floor grinder,.

 Our products are mainly positioned on high quality with affordable prices for customers who need cost performance tools.

 

Q5: What’s your target market?

We focus on worldwide market including European, North America, South America, Latin America, Africa, Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East market.

 

Q6: What is your target customer?

Mainly for importers, sellers, distributors and end users who seek for volume quantity.

We sell to wholesaler, retailer and individual, with different pricing policy.

Q8: How can you guarantee the quality?

 We employ experienced workers and follow CE standard and ISO90001 requirements in the whole production process: raw material—production—finished products—packing.  There are strict controls man responsible for each procedure.

 

Q9: What is your MOQ?

Any amount order is available for trial order.

For testing purpose, RAIZI usually offers special discount.

For regular order, it would be much better if the weight reaches 45kgs (requested by AirLine Companies, Otherwise the Airfreight below 45kgs is very high).

 

 

Q10: What is the payment mode, terms and delivery time?

 

Payment mode: Paypal, West Union, Moneygram, T/T.

Payment terms: 30% T/T in advance, 70% upon the B/L.

Our delivery time is 7-30 days upon order quantity in general.

 

Q11: As I know many companies supply free samples, do you offer free samples?

 Sorry no. We don't offer free samples. According to RAIZI many years' experience, we think when people get the samples by paying they will cherish what they get. Also though the quantity of sample is small however its cost is higher than normal production..

 

But for trial order, we can offer 5-10% discount.

 

Q12: What shipment solutions can you provide?

 

 Urgent order with with small size and weight, we use courier express service such as DHL,TNT,FEDEX and UPS.

Normal regular order with weight over 45kgs but less 100kgs, we use Air Cargo.

Goods with big dimension or heavy weight, we use Sea Cargo.

We can ship to your assigned place in China to combine your shipment together.

We offer the advice according to actual situation and the customers make the decision.

 

 

Q13: What kind of service do you provide?

Before sale: 

Provide product information, market research forecasting, product customization, product processing, consultation and other services for your convenience.

After sale:

1. Technical training on according to customer requirements; 

2. We promise replacement under warranty; 

3. We promise to supply the maintenance spare parts;

4. Regular call back or visit customers;

5. On time response to mail and phone calls of your complaints or consultation.

 

Q14. What could we do if we find your goods are not in good performance?

Give us detailed report as feedback.

Analyze the possible reasons.

Try to find a way to solve the problem.

If the problem caused by Raizi products quality itself, Raizi will make the compensation according to your actual loss.
